At Firm we believe it is essential to spend time on an initial consultation and to have ongoing reviews to listen, discuss and re-assess. This provides the foundation of a truly bespoke plan. What you see, feel and are looking for is so much more informative than a “Before” photo.

Before your visit, you’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire covering your mindset, motivations, and lifestyle, as well as a skin assessment on everything from skin texture and feel to volume. On arrival, digital imaging will help us learn even more about where you’re at and where you’d like to end up.

Neogen Plasma + skinboosters
An all-round skin rejuvenating treatment, especially effective around the eye area. Polynucleotide injections ‘prime’ the skin, to boost the regenerative power of plasma energy. Neogen plasma is a ground-breaking treatment, targeting multiple issues at once, with minimal disruption to your skin barrier. Expect firmer, smoother, clear and springy skin. Results can be seen from 1 week, but continue to improve for many months after.

PRP + HA + hyperdilute BTX
Dubbed the gold microinfusion or ‘glass’ facial, Aquagold is a type of mesotherapy that uses a handheld device containing 20 tiny needles to deliver a customised serum including vitamins, hyaluronic acid, PRP, filler, and BTX, deep into your skin. A fantastic treatment for those who like going make-up-free.

IPL + 1540 + exosomes
A bespoke combination of laser and light to effectively lighten pigmentation and even out skin tone. Followed by skinboosters and exosomes to address crepiness and dull, lacklustre, dehydrated skin. Especially good for decollete changes - but not just there.

Radiofrequency microneedling is effective for improving skin firmness as well as changes in texture. The treatment beams skin with RF energy delivered by coated needles, which take the energy deep into the skin, to stimulate new collagen and elastin production as well as repair damage.

To ‘resurface’ skin and improve texture, tone and wrinkles we frequently look to Er:YAG 1540. Often introduced to address lip-lines or old acne scarring, it can also be combined with IPL to improve skin tone, colour, and radiance.
